Quality Over Quantity
We Do It Right The First Time
We’ve all run into professionals who seem to always be in a hurry. They don’t take the time to understand what your wants and needs are to ensure they truly meet your expectations. At Western Slope Welding & Custom Fabrication LLC, I believe every project, no matter the size, should be given the attention it needs. My customers are treated with respect, and projects are seen as more than just a job.
I use a unique approach to ensure that my customers are put first, no matter what. I have been Will the Welder for the Western Slopes since 2012, believing in providing quality customer service to meet your needs, and I still do today. I’m your welder yesterday, today and tomorrow.

The man behind the business
The man behind the mask
Will was born and raised on the Front Range. After high school, he took on a number of jobs that gained him experience in handling a variety of large equipment. In 2003 he developed a passion for welding, thus beginning his journey in gaining as much education and experience he could get within the industry. Having grown tired of the big city, in 2012 he moved to Montrose, CO where he took on a welding & shop manager job with Western Slope Plumbing & Welding Inc.
In 2018, Will set out to purchase the welding side of the business from his boss, and opened up the doors to his new shop, Western Slope Welding & Custom Fabricaiton LLC, in 2019.
Welding runs in Will’s blood. Even when he’s not at the shop, he enjoys researching and learning about new techniques. When he does take a break from all things welding, Will enjoys motorcycle rides, weight lifting, and the great outdoors that Western Slope has to offer.
